With Emily's background in the film industry, and hearing the incredible stories from adventurers in the store every day, our Film Festival was born. In 2024, we showcased talented filmmakers on epic adventures all across our stunning Nelson Tasman region.

2025 saw three sell out screenings of even more epic adventures. A celebration of the people, places, and wild adventures that make the top of the south island so special. These are films about everyday people — the weekend warriors and everyday adventurers who get out there and live it.

It’s grassroots, it’s real, and it’s all about showcasing the epic missions and moments happening here in our own backyard. And this year, we are going bigger, beyond our region. Entries for 2026 are open until 30 April 2026, so go get out there and record your adventures across New Zealand.
