How long will it take to get my order?

We use NZ POST for the majority of our deliveries. For general item orders received before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday, our commitment is to dispatch your order that same day. Orders received after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following business day.

For general item orders received after 2.00pm on Friday and over the weekend your order will be processed for delivery and dispatched on Monday.

South Island delivery is expected within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

North Island delivery expected 3-5 business days after dispatch.

For Rural delivery expect 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Overnight Delivery can be selected for a fee with an expected time 1-2 days dispatch (depending on time of day ordered).

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

How Much Will My Order Cost?

Orders over NZD $199 qualify for free standard shipping (signature required). We’ll cover the standard shipping cost; however, larger, heavier or bulky items may cost more to send.

If your order exceeds our standard shipping allowance, we’ll cover the first portion of the freight cost and contact you with the additional amount required. This additional shipping charge must be paid before your order can be dispatched.

This generally only applies to larger or bulky items such as packs, tents, sleeping bags and some climbing or camping equipment.

Orders under NZD $199
A flat shipping fee of NZD $9.99 applies for standard signature-required delivery. Additional charges may still apply to oversized or bulky items.

Rural Delivery
Rural delivery is NZD $14.99. Please select the Rural Shipping option at checkout. If your address is rural and this option has not been selected, we’ll contact you to arrange payment of the additional charge before dispatch.

Overnight Delivery
Overnight delivery is available for NZD $11.99, with additional freight charges applying where required for larger or bulky items.

Additional Shipping Charges

As a small independent business, we’re happy to offer free or flat-rate shipping wherever we can. However, some larger, heavier or bulky products cost significantly more to freight.

Where additional shipping costs apply, we will always contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional amount. Your order will be held until this payment has been received.

We offer an in-store pick up service.

We will let you know when's it ready to collect! Please let us know if you will take longer then 5 working days to pick up. We will store it somewhere safe for you.
