How long will it take to get my order?

 

We use NZ POST for the majority of our deliveries. For general item orders received before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday, our commitment is to dispatch your order that same day. Orders received after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following business day.

For general item orders received after 2.00pm on Friday and over the weekend your order will be processed for delivery and dispatched on Monday.

South island delivery is expected within 1-2 business days after dispatch.

North island delivery expected 2-3 business days after dispatch.

For rural delivery expect 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Dispatch & Shipping Times:

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

How much will it cost to send my order?

All local orders over NZD $199 are shipped free using a standard signature required service. If the amount exceeds that standard fee of $9 then we will expect you to pay the remainder. 

All local orders under NZD $199 are charged a flat fee of NZD $9 and are shipped using standard signature required service.

All Rural Addresses there will be a charge of $14.99 for shipping 

Larger items including packs, tents, sleeping bags, climbing gear will at times be more expensive then stated above for shipping. Please bear in mind we are a small business and we are happy to prove free shipping where we can but this has to be sustainable and reflective to the cost of each order.

INSTORE PICK UP / CLICK & COLLECT

We offer an in-store pick up service.

We will let you know when's it ready to collect! Please let us know if you will take longer then 5 working days to pick up. We will store it somewhere safe for you.
