How long will it take to get my order?

We use NZ POST for the majority of our deliveries. For general item orders received before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday, our commitment is to dispatch your order that same day. Orders received after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following business day.

For general item orders received after 2.00pm on Friday and over the weekend your order will be processed for delivery and dispatched on Monday.

South Island delivery is expected within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

North Island delivery expected 2-5 business days after dispatch.

For Rural delivery expect 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Dispatch & Shipping Times:

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

How Much Will My Order Cost?

At MD Outdoors, we aim to keep shipping simple, affordable and transparent.

Standard Shipping – NZ$7.99

Standard delivery to non-rural addresses is NZ$7.99.

FREE standard shipping applies to eligible orders of NZ$199.99 or more to non rural delivery addresses, excluding bulky and oversized items.

Rural Delivery – NZ$12.99

Standard rural delivery is NZ$12.99. Please select rural delivery at checkout to avoid additional charges.

Oversized Items

• Standard delivery: NZ$19.99

• Rural delivery: NZ$24.99

Bulky and oversized items are excluded from free shipping.

Additional Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. If additional freight costs apply, we will contact you before dispatch.

INSTORE PICK UP / CLICK & COLLECT

We offer an in-store pick up service.

We will let you know when's it ready to collect! Please let us know if you will take longer then 5 working days to pick up. We will store it somewhere safe for you. 

Collection can be made during opening hours at the store you selected at checkout for pick up.
